HOW TO - When Self-Enrolling
Click on ‘Online Banking’ Tab
Choose ‘ First Time User?’
It will prompt you to open a new tab in your web browser. Click Continue.
‘Let’s Get Started!’
Input your Personal Information and Contact Information, Verification Questions, & Enrollment Request.
(Create a Username and a *one-time Security Code - *you will need this later on in the Enrollment process)
Hit the Submit button.
‘Your enrollment request has been submitted!’
A New Enrollment notification will be sent to the bank. We will call you to verify your identity within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a follow up call, please give us a call at (419) 794-3404 to finish your Online Banking Enrollment.
Once verified, we will approve your request and an email will be sent out to complete your online banking setup. The email will include ‘Digital Banking Setup’ Click on the link. Input the *one-time Security code you set up in your enrollment process.
Create a Password
At least 8 characters long. Have an uppercase and lower case, include a number, and a special character.
Security Questions & Answers
Select a question from each of the three drop-down menus and select an answer for each.
*Each answer must be at least four characters.
Your New Online Banking will now be setup! You will have access to Bill pay, transfer funds from account to account, Electronic Statements and more! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (419) 794-3404. Thank you.
